11 X5M flickering headlights

Just picked up a 2011 X5M from auction, planning on keeping it for myself. The headlights for some reason only flicker. They turn off no problem but when turned on they only flicker. Angel eyes are fine and turn signals too. Replaced the bulbs but was not a fix to the issue. Anyone fix this issue before I start digging in? TIA!

Scanned the car, code is A8AB FRM. Dipped beam, right, faulty. I'm assuming I would get like an A8AC code or something similar for the left side had I let it run longer.
