Performance Software for 35d

I did a little research but wanted to ask here.
What is the most popular and tried/tested software for a US spec e70 diesel?

OE numbers on the US spec are: 265 hp and 425 lb.ft. torque
Some of these companies are claiming increases to 285 hp and 500 lb.ft. torque

Looking at
- Evolve
- ESS

What else is available that has a successful reputation for BMW turbo diesel tunes?

Anybody have some feedback on any of these, good or bad?

Thanks ahead.

Hi, I had my 2010 X5 35D tuned by malone tuning: http://malonetuning.com/ (at JS performance). Horsepower & torque did increased as they stated. Cost is Cad $750.00 plus taxes, it comes with 1 year warranty.

I've been using JBD for 9 months now, very solid tune. I would recommend a flash if money is no issue. The piggybacks they're like on/off switch with power delivery. I'm planning to get RennTech sometime soon.

RennTech seems more Mercedes .... but they do have a ton of Merc turbo experience.
No one here has any experience with Evolve BMW diesel tunes in Europe?
