Norcal Meet / April 7th (Sacramento and Bay Area groups)

OK so I emailed Mother Nature again with the request for clear skies for April
7th. I double checked the spam settings so fingers crossed.

Meet and greet as follows.

Meet in Vallejo and then Drive to Napa for Lunch. After lunch stop at a winery for pics and more chat. After pics loop back to the highway and stop to say good byes and see you next drives.

Meeting point for everyone.

Meet there at 9:00am with the intent to leave by 10:00am for the drive. I will have maps at the day of the event with the route and stops.

For those carvaning form the Sacramento Area. Meet at the Chevron just before the Davis causeway.

West Sacramento, CA 95691

Depart from there at 8:15am on the DOT!.

If you wish to meet us along the way we will be on radio channel 4.1.
If you plan on going on the drive and have a 2 way radio please remember to
bring it. This helps keep the group together and for safety.

Hello All,

So weather is looking good (knock on wood just to be safe). Below is the summary of the day’s plans as I have been asked by a few of the old timers.

- Meet and great from 9:00 to 10:00am .
- 10:00am leave for drive to Napa (maps will be provided).
- Lunch in Napa around 11:30ish depending on when we get there.
- After lunch short, drive to Silverado Vineyard for the usual quick photo opp and look around.
- Last leg of the drive on the reverse side of loop back to home.

Those from the bay the last part of the loop will end at 505 which is a straight shot home for you guys. Sat looks like it will be a fun day and a good start to the driving season.

Anyone that misses this event keep an eye open as I will be planning more of these like the .. wait for it.. old days.

If you need any additional info shoot me an email as I do not check PM’s that often.

Hello All,
I am planning the next meet and drive for the first week of March. I am in the middle or prepping for an IT cert so need to study my rear off. After the test, I will work on scheduling them a little closer together. For those who want to be added to my drive email list, shoot me an email to the address below. (*NOTE, those who are already on my old list I have moved your address over already)
