FRM Clamb 30B Connection Faulty

OBD scanner gave me error code 9CAA (Terminal 30B faulty connection) footwell module area. I've replaced the FRM module and coded the car's current vin to it, thinking it was the module itself, but, no. I've inspected all fuses in the tailgate area and under glove compartment, but still, everything checks out. Lastly, I've searched the internet for similar issues to no avail.

Is anyone familiar with this error?

Details:
  • Error Code: 9CAA (terminal 30B faulty connection)
  • 2009 BMW X5 3.0 xDrive (N52B30) E70

What software did you use to code the car's VIN to the FRM? There may be a procedure that needs to be run to activate the new module not just set the VIN.
