Should be okay. The only thing to look out for is coming into contact with the upper ball joint but with the 21s you should be okay

The diameter size difference between front and back might cause issues with the transfer case.

You don't mentioned the profile, but I don't think there is a combination of 295/315 where they are close enough in diameter that it would be within what BMW would consider acceptable so it may cause abnormal wear or cause issues with overheating of the transfer case

basically if you change tire sizes from OEM, you need to check the rolling circumference of each to see if they are within 3% of each other. If they are not, you will blow up your transfer case (AWD), all 4 wheels need to rotate the same obviously or things go south fast..

There is only a few tires out there that have the same rolling circumference but are different in width (typically only the OEM fitments that are made for the car brands)

I definitely agree that tire size is off and could mess up your tranny. To be safe you can be 0.7% size different not 3%. You need 285x35x21 in front and 325x30x21 or 275x35x21 front and 315x30x21 rear. These all will give you a 0% difference.
