2009 X5 xDrive30i Nav screen replacement

Hello everyone, X5 noob here...

The navigation\info screen in my new-to-me X5 is cracked and non-functioning. They are NOT easy to find in the used parts market either.

Anyway, the screen I need is a Johnson Controls PN: 1819870-1

However, I have found one that is identical in every way (ports, size, etc) but the PN is: 1707900-1

Are they really that different to the point that it won't work?

get an aftermarket android 12.3 screen, look at the other thread, far better upgrade and you wont regret it.
