Noise from brakes when in reverse

I found that my 2010 X6M makes a "metallic" noise when I drive in reverse out of my garage from the front brakes mostly, I found this is a known issue on all X6M's, does anyone knows if there was a recall and what is the Service Bulletin ID # from BMW, I want to complaint with a good argument.

I did. Also in cold weather. Here in Canada there was a hush hush recall on the break pads. You needed to complain about it to the dealer before they would change them.

Did they changed the pads by warranty ?

Same with mine

Complained and they told me that there was a recall if you complained, and mine were done a few weeks back. Problem sorted

On the x6m is this a common thing and do people have the same problem with the regular x6

Problem solved, replace by warranty, my former X6 30d did not have any issues with brake noises
