Taller tires? How does it not trigger error?

I wanted to maybe increase the tire height on some new square 20s. 20x10.. maybe run a 275/45/20....

Background info -2012 X5d, newer style tpms. sports package.

i did several searches and there was a guy who has 20s with 265/50 in the front and 295/45/20 in the back....

How was this possible without triggering x-drive error??

whats the % deviation we can get with on tire height ( i was playing with tire/wheel calculator)

i was thinking about some 295/40/20 square.....et on the 20x10 is 36
this setup introduces a 2.2 % increase in speedometer reading....

Whaddayll think?
