Holiday Credit + Eco Credit MF and DEP rates?

Has anyone ordered a diesel to lease in Nov? I want to compare MF and dep rates for my 2011 x5 3.5d. My CA is trying to tell me that I can not get the same rates he quoted me AND give me the Holiday credit.

This is what I have so far:
MSRP: $69,475
Invoice + $900 = $65,325
Eco Credit: $3,500
Cap Cost: $61,825
Lease acquistion fee: $795
Adjusted Cap Cost: $62,620

Drive off: $1,780
12k miles a yr/ 36 Months
Base payment: $846.54
Tax: $78.30
Total payment: $924.84
MF = .00220
Dep Rate: 58%

15k miles a yr / 36 months
Base payment: $882.08
Tax: $81.59
Total Payment: $963.67
MF = .00220
Dep Rate: 56%

The ABOVE figures DO NOT INCLUDE THE HOLIDAY CREDIT. I want to get and use the $2500 Holiday credit. The CA said it will only make my payment a few dollars less as the MF and the DEP rates changed after the Holiday credit was announced. Can you compare your deal made this month with the holiday credit on a lease? Thanks
