Need Help ASAP - negotiating on X5

Hello All.. I'm normally on e90post.com.. but now I'm looking at the X5 3.5 standard model.. can someone help me and inform if i'm getting a good deal here:

Base MSRP
$46,300
.
Alpine White
$0
.
Black Leatherette
$0
.
Dark Burl Walnut wood trim
$0
.
Convenience Package
$2,700
.
Heated front seats
$500
.
Navigation system
$1,900
.
Rear manual side window shades
$250
.
iPod and USB adapter
$400
.
Space-saver spare
$150
.
Destination & Handling:
$875
.
Total MSRP as Built$53,175

Lease for $845./month with 15kmiles/yr
this is 0 down, 0 security.. sign and drive.. I wanted to stay around 700. maybe I'm just completely off..

but it's weird i quoted a 335xi sedan (m kit) fully loaded for $56,075. sign and drive for $707./month with 15k miles/yr..

i was hoping to be around the same payment as the 335xi, since the x5 is approx 3k cheaper..

I need to make a decision today.. any help is appreciated!

James

@Yusuf, would you mind listing all the options you got on your new X5 50i M Sport? I asked my salesman and he said don't believe everything people tell you. So, my salesman doesn't believe me that you got the new X5 at such a great price.

Doesn't seem like too good of a deal to me. You need to find out what the negotiated sales price is and what money factor is being used. You also might consider moving up to the premium or Sport Activity models as those both have significantly better residuals and money factors. All things being equal, you should be able to get a premium with an msrp of about $4k higher than the base model or a SA with an msrp of $5k higher than the base model for the same monthly lease payment.
