Angel Eyes Bulbs
I know there has been a lot of talk about angel eyes, but I can't seem to find the answer. I only want to change my bulbs but can't find which bulbs will fit. I have a 2011 X6 5.0 and I found the thread that says the PIAA H8 bulbs are what I would want, but also read that they don't fit a 2011. Has anyone done this? What fits and looks good?

These are a guaranteed 100% plug and play solution with no errors or your money back. Don't have any pics of these units on the E71 but here's some of an E9X to give you an idea. Let me know if you had any questions or concerns. You can find them on our site or shoot me a PM |

I ordered some WeissLicht Ultra-Bright LED for my X6 from Bimmian.com (http://www.bimmian.com/71/LHU/) and they generated error codes, waiting for RMA to return them . It's going to cost me a 20% restocking fee (and I was stupid enough to order two sets , to have a backup set), well so much for plug and play.

It sounds like the WeissLicht Ultra-Bright LED isn't the best solution considering the error codes and looks during the day. Does anyone else have suggestions? I know angel eyes are really popular. What's working out there?

The error codes was due to a defective unit. They should not throw errors, we guarantee that or your money back 100%.

I have been reading that your ae replacement lights are not very bright and you can not see them very well in the daylight. I dint know that's I'm asking. Also how close to the new factory bmw color are they?

This will give you an idea of how they look in the daytime. To my knowledge, all aftermarket AE upgrades will be visibly dim in direct sunlight, there is no way around this.

Info
Hid looks way to bright in my mind. I want to as close to factory look as I can. Color and brightness. That's why I asked if you can just use an f10 bulb as a replacement but no one seems to know.

Highly doubt it, the F10 utilizes an entirely different design for the headlamps.
