Lease quote on 2013 X6

Was shopping around and found an X6 to my liking as far as packages are concerned, was quoted $690/mo with all other costs up front, 10k miles for 36 months with $0 down. MSRP on it was $67k and some change. I wanted to ask you guys how that number sounds?

i find these numbers hard to believe. I have a similar msrp x6 on order and i was able to negotiate 1k under invoice plus 1500 cash back for a total of 2500 under invoice. with multiple deposits to lower the money rate and 1700 cap reduction payment i was able to get 720 payment including tax. so as you say with no money down you are getting a significantly better deal. if thats true congrats!

That's why I posted it, I don't think these numbers add up... seems too good to be true, I'm gonna visit the dealership in a couple of days and check it out!

My friend told me the same thing. But it's impossible. My car price was $65,000 and I got my lease for $958 for only the first months payment and registration $1,500. No way it can be $690

Well call me stupid but I decided against driving out of state to check this deal out.... and being duped. Partly due to time because of crazy work schedule, I went to my local dealership and found the exact vehicle I wanted delivered one day later at $500 over invoice, turned out to be mid $700s/mo for 10k mi/year for 36 months. I would rather pay a little bit more and have a peace of mind. I am definitely satisfied! Will post pics soon!

Not the greatest of pics, but I will upload more once the weather clears up and I can take out the DSLR...

Options:
X6 35i
Deep Sea Blue Metallic/ Black Nevada/ Dark Bamboo Wood
Sport Activity Package
Premium Package
Premium Sound
Running Boards
3 Rear Seats
BMW Apps

I wanted one with a Saddle Interior and Cold Weather Package as well but this one matched my options list the best. I also originally wanted the Full LED lights, however after test driving one with the LED's it seemed to be very focused just directly in front of me, instead of up ahead on the road. Maybe I'm just not used to it. It definitely looks stellar from the outside! Also was a treat for me to find one with the sport package equipped with the all season 19's, this is my second vehicle and it will be used all year around. So many of the X6's with the sport package are equipped with the 20's, given they look better! I also found it hard to find a lightly optioned one with the premium sound. Every vehicle besides the one I got either had no premium sound or had a long list of options added along with the premium sound.

More pics to come...

I did 7 msd payments and $1500 for inceptions (first month, dmv, bank). I got the car $750 under invoice, holiday credit, loyalty and app credit so a savings of about $3700.

I do leasing on the side so I was able to get myself that deal. If I was to do a customer's car, it would not be too far off.

That's below the base MSRP for a 2013.

Must be a leftover 2012 sitting on the lot with absolutely zero options installed, which sounds highly unlikely, although I won't go as far as saying it's impossible.

Edit: you said both cars were "fully loaded", which makes even less sense. Unless by fully loaded, you mean, completely base model with zero options?

Where did you order your car from?

I want to get a new X5M and am looking for the best lease deal possible.
