I did not. However I called my dealer and they had the replacement parts in stock. I had them do the recall last weekend.

not yet...the recall bulletin said in January.

did not get letter but took it to the dealer and they did the work while I waited. I did call and set up a appointment before the service but it did still take a while for them to complete the service (9:30 until 1:45) so make certain you set aside enough time.

No letter but I had other "issues" and when it was in they said it needed the recall done.

I had work done yesterday. Did not take 4 hours as some have posted. Took about 1.5 hours. Deflection pulley mounting bolt replaced (screw with collar and hex bolt).

I am in NorCal , did get recall letter but dealership was able to take car I. For recall upgrade without notice letter

Seems they phased it? Truck goes in tomorrow for the fix (2011 X5D).
