New Orleans, French Quarters (homeless, wedding, lunch, fountain)
Last weekend had the opportunity to go to New Orleans, probably one of the most fun places I've been to!
Photos are shot with Canon 60D and the kit 18-135mm Of course, critique and suggestions are more than welcome. Very nice composure. I would have liked to see more detail in the wooden door depicted in your last photo. I am assuming that you were shooting with only the available light, however a reflector aimed at that door would have made a world of difference. Hind sight is twenty-twenty though. Nice photographs!

Yeah, I was roaming the streets at night shooting at ISo 6400 and came upon the scene. The white wall and dark door created huge dynamic range, so I exposed for the passerby. Here's another from the same walkabout: ![]() Napoleon House by dcstep, on Flickr
