Dinan S1 tune thoughts?

Hi guys, contemplating doing the Dinan S1 tune. How is it? What about reliability?

I get the sense the AA tune gives more gains, but does that come at a reliability cost? It's my daily driver... so not looking to break it

What type of X5 and motor are you asking about? Regardless I wouldn't go with a Dinan tune - too conservative and overpriced for what it is. There's a reason BMW would let you keep the warranty with Dinan tunes.

Edit: realized you're talking about an X5M in another post. I'd go with an AA or Velos tune.

Ya sorry, x5m. Overpriced? It’s 299 with the diy cable. The AA with cable is 1k

Ok so that tune is inexpensive but Dinan in general is overpriced for what you get. And the price you see on the Velos website isn't what you end up paying - may be the case with AA as well.

I went with dinan and I’m happy with the results. I wanted a conservative tune though, since my x5m is my daily.
