Seems like a hit or miss from the factory, as I recall BMW even saying some condensation is okay (ie, denying warranty claims for condensation).
My factory headlights had condensation after heavy rains or car washes. It bothered me and the only solution I found was taking them apart and resealing them. This requires removing the headlights, baking them to soften the glue/sealant, cleaning them, and then applying new sealant. I did this on previous cars of mine, but it's a PITA, so this time I had BayOptics do that work and rebuild/upgrade them at the same time. They're still perfectly dry now, 3yrs later.

I'm going to see what happens over the next few weeks, i priced out an oem headlight and they aren't that expensive, Id buy a new one if this continues.
