That's always a good idea
Just looking at the pictures (haven't looked at the actual parts list), #14 and #15 appear to be aluminum rivets. If that's the case, you will have to drill them out (simple to do, have you done that before?) and replace them with the same size and length later when you want to re-install the parts.
#7 appears to be a plastic cover and #11 appear to be plastic fastener.
