Seriously, BMW need to get their act together, the number of people I have met who have stated that this is their last BMW is growing, and if they don't think this will happen, they just need to keep their head in the sand and lose more market and customers.

I do agree. My next car will not be a BMW..
But for now, I am stuck with this and I can't live with the noise. Have to find a solution for it.
