Yes, it is really frustrating. I have sent them the police accident report and they still are not taking responsibility.

They added a prior owner's accident to my Touareg's record FOUR MONTHS after I bought it with a CLEAR Carfax. Because of that, no dealer would take my trade without trying to murder me on the value. Awful.
