Be very careful. I looked at an 2011 X5 M Sport over a year ago and it also had "very minor damage". I went over it with a comb and although it only supposedly had some damage to the front bumper, I was the fenders didn't align. I traced it back and when I opened the driver's door, the door sill was buckled. I've never walked away faster.

Just use what you're seeing on the Carfax as an indicator that you'll need to do a VERY VERY proper inspection before deciding to buy. Of course, but an independent place, not the BMW dealership.
