questions for 9500ci owners
For those of you that have had a 9500ci I would like to get your thoughts on placement of things. My basic understanding is the miniature display shows you what type of gun has scanned you, the miniature controller adjusts the volume of the speaker as well as allowing you to "mark" a spot and the speaker either beeps or talks to you when it detects a scan.
So I would be curious where in an X6 you think these should go, keeping in mind I don't want to drill any holes in the dash.
I was thinking of putting the miniature display in the ash tray (don't smoke) and I can drill out side or back to run wire (since ash tray comes out i can replace it easily when I replace the car).
So far I was thinking I would put the miniature controller next to the drivers seat on the right side just below or on side of console so I could reach it.
It seems everyone puts the speaker in the drivers foot well, so was going with that.
So what do you think ?
