First, I would like to say Hi, and thank everyone on the forum for all the help they offer for us as new BMW owners. Please go easy on me, as I am new to the forum. I hope to be a helpful member.

I recently purchased a set of grills from a dealer, and received two non-matching parts. I was able to contact the dealer, and all of their stock was similar. They had no left and right sides of the grills that matched the slat surface finish.

I am a touch OCD (as I assume all owners that love their vehicles are). Has anyone seen this before? Also, it looks like the right and left side are manufactured in two different countries (Germany, and Australia), resulting in two noticeably different surface finishes on the center grill slats. Both are BMW OEM parts, but definitely look different when placed side by side.

Also, anyone around the St. Pete, FL area? Looking to find a car club. Any help is appreciated!
