If you have to do it yourself, you have to buy a special programmer and take apart the FRM, solder up some taps to the chip to interface with the programmer, load a new eeprom on it. THEN you can code it and even then it's tricky to do right...not for the faint of heart but it can be done... Or just grab one at a junkyard and recode it.
