You should also take a look at the owners manual.

The owners manual actually shows you all the different tire options BMW offers for your particular model along with different cargo/passenger loading scenarios and maximum speed you intend on traveling. Based on that, you may need to adjust the tire pressure!

This is especially important of you intend on going on a long trip with your entire family and have LOTS of stuff in the trunk...

The sticker in the driver side door frame tells you the 'generic' or 'every day' pressure you should have your tires inflated at.
