We're actually finished our season. It was okay, but the mare got really weird last two shows and DQd both shows. 3 shows ago she was great, when it was 90 degrees and the trailering trip was 3 hours to the show LOL!!
When we got back from Toronto last weekend (without the horse) the mare's left rear leg was all swollen, some bacterial virus that hit her lymph system, so heavy antibiotics, a cold hosing three times a day, and she seems better now, but the show season is over. Oh well, it gives my wife more time to work with the 3 year old filly, she needs to get broken.
