Here in Balto city, the bums hang out literally right outside the Chipotle door in the Inner Harbor. They'd hit you up for a burrito or money. It started to be such a problem the bike cops would have to come by every few hours and tell them to move it. Over the summer the cops had this dude pinned to the ground... I was walking by and asked someone wtf was going on and he said the bum slapped a guy bc he didnt get him tabasco with the burrito.
