There is a non rft version of dunlop sport max. Not sure about US availability.
Also there is a chinese manufacturer Tri-Ace that have a 325/30R21 and 285/35R21 non rft tires.
I have Tri-Ace and i'm pretty happy with it. They are not harder than 18 RFT bridgestones.
