the question is how long do you have to wait for someone who is looking to buy an e70 with open recall in the private market and willing to pay a premium for it on top of it all and not get cpo on top of it. the Q7 tdi crowd thought the same and felt their vehicles will go up in value due to the lack of ability to attain one and prices have dropped not gone up.

they can advertise and take deposits on as many vehicles as they like... they just cant let them leave the lot.
