It may be difficult to find one through the secondary market - you might check with a dealer if you have any good connections, or maybe try an independent BMW repair shop to see if they have any recommendations.
When I was looking to purchase my 2010 X6M, I got a quote from Endurance Direct - $5,670 for 2yr/24k or $6,581 for 3yr/30k, both Exclusionary. I ended up going with a non-exclusionary plan through the dealer that was $4,410 for 48mo/48k. It's been a pain though for coverages - they only covered a portion of one repair (I guess some is better than none) and didn't cover the air spring.
The alternative is to self-insure and enjoy the hell out of it.
