Not Palo Alto. LA area. I've seen one other on the road in LA. It was cool when both of us realized we were driving the same special edition car.
The most positive reaction I get are from BMW owners with white cars, probably because side by side you can easily see this isn't a normal white or silver color. This car looks white in the sun but with a blue/silver hue. Hard to describe but I love how it looks.
I hope this spurs BMW to offer the Individual package with the M performance package in the future. It shows off what all they can really do to customize the car and what X6 buyer wouldn't want to have fun choosing individual colors, seating, stitching color, etc.

Summer of 2014 as a 2015 model. Audi (Q6) and Mercedes (MLC) are producing competitors to the X6 at the same time.
