This happened to me a few years ago. My buyer was a marine engineer, that was stuck on the boat. Wanted to surprise his son with the car, and couldn't talk as he had no cell service. Was trying to do the deal over email, and through PayPal. It was a new one to me, but I googled it and found several similar examples.
