what kind gas do you use for your X6 5.0i or 3.5i?

Right now, I'm using 92 from chevron for my X6 5.0i.
I'm thinking should I go with 94 instate of 92?
Plz let me know what kind gas do you use for your X6 5.0i or 3.5i and what you think of other gas?
