In regards to the above continued low voltage readings, I had a hunch about the battery voltage not being accurate at the front jump posts under the hood. So I compared them to readings taken directly at the battery terminals.
The readings up front were exactly 0.1 v lower than in the rear.
I measured 11.9v in front, and 12.0 in rear at battery. So, yeah, lower but not much different.
We'll see if the cooler weather has any effect on my readings over time.
