Cheaper, yea, but I wouldn't say the prices will tank. Toyota trucks and SUV's hold their values insanely well (same with Honda Accord and Toyota Corolla). They are absolutely bullet proof (my 4Runner has I think 300k miles, with 8 different owners). So there's no reason the prices will all of a sudden fall off the cliff.

I do love the new one though. Spent all day looking at them online (yea, cared more about the new Tacoma than Ford GT ) and I could definitely see replacing my 4Runner with one. I just so wish they would offer a diesel engine like GM is. IMHO, trucks + diesel is the way to go.
