A friend of mine did that with his 50d. It was kinda expensive because of the electrical parts. New cables will be added in order to get the airbag working and the weight measure sensor.
Coding is not a big deal.
If you really want to do it, get ready to sneeze 2-4K for fitting at your local dealer.
