More Specifically: If your dealer is telling you they can't confirm the options in the build, then I don't think they are being honest with you. (Or maybe they just don't want to provide the info).
When I asked my dealer to confirm the build options (in response to your query), they simply went into the BMW production system and printed out the build list and emailed it back to me.
