can you feel the scratch or does it snag with your fingertip? If so, it will need to be repainted. If you can't feel it, it can most likely be buffed out. I'd take it a good detailer to do it as I'm sure the dealer will use someone who will be able to buff it out, but leave a bunch of polish trails in its wake....
