The 600hp M6 Competition pack has been available for some time, both in Europe and the US.
Just go on any EU country BMW website or the bmwusa one and build your own vehicle. Under packages you will find the Competition pack and info that it adds 40hp or has 442kW (depending on country).
BTW, the 600hp engine is only available in the M6, not the M5, which still is 575hp for the CP.
