I will add that brakes are pricey, and can also be very noisy.
There are some issues with the vent hoses and check valves for the intakes/ turbos that can cause oil leaks on top of the turbos and such.
All E70 X5 have issues with front swaybar endlinks going bad and causing noise, as well as crappy coolant expansion tanks that spring leaks.
Might want to check out the tires, and if they are run flats change them out for something else, and make sure alignment is good or you will chew through them fast.
