Bump.
Today I did an Oil change on my X5M and I do 5000km oil changes. The first time I did an oil change I used 5W30 Twin power but today I used 10W60 by mistake. The reason being, I’m so used to always buying 10W60, I didn’t realize until half way through that I was putting in the wrong weight oil. So silly of me.
I guess I’ll just change it out after another 5k as the weather is always hot here and that shouldn’t effect the engine much with this weight oil. We are right now at 60-80f but usually it’s around 100-125f here.
I’ll be using 5W30 Twin Power or Motul after this.
