Sleep and Rest in general is soooooooo important to overall health! And in my house, I take it VERY seriously! (as well as quality time in said bed with my lovely wife) That being said, I change out mattresses every 7-8yrs. It replaces a Simmons Beautyrest hybrid (inner spring encased in memory foam). I know there will be huge fans of Tempurpedic and 'full-foam' type beds. But I prefer the feel and support of inner spring internals. Although I'm not a rough sleeper (all over the bed) I do change sleeping positions: back, side and stomach.
