so they've changed the rules again?! It has been if the datestamp of the CPO is prior to 2014, a private pary or a non-dealer sale would retain the CPO and transfer to you at no additional charge or paperwork.

The last time I called about this was back in February. I called both my dealer and BMWNA to confirm my VIN which was CPO'd in Dec 2013 still had CPO on it.
