i just did, I'm just stating that based on my read of the rules, b/c the CPO was stamped before 2014, it doesn't matter who sold him the car, the CPO should have been in tact.
I know for a fact, I've called BMWNA a few times to clarify this with my actual car. Each time, the rep had to pause, read the rules themselves over and over again, put me on hold before confirming the info.
But at the end of the day, if his local BMW dealer doesn't recongize the CPO, then it's not there
Now are they saying any car sold through non-dealer (not private) is not eligible regardless of CPO timestamp?
