I love the M Sport Package - probably would have gotten it if it were available on the 35d in the US : (
The gauges are EGT, Boost, and Oil Temp by Stack Ltd. purchased through iND (link above). The pod was a custom made one-off out of sheet metal by iND and painted by them as well. I would contact them (phone or email) to see what they can do for you and what makes sense for your vehicle/engine/taste. They also researched, designed, and implemented the EGT and Boost, which were not straight-forward. They ship worldwide and have very fair pricing IMO. : )
