yeah, I noticed that 2013's at this point of the year will be mid-40s to high 40s. Some people (PAX5?) on bimmerfest has access to Manheim auction pricing which is a good baseline gauge of what wholesale prices are. Then you add a few thousand for CPO and my guess is, the wholesale+CPO+reasonable profit margin will be in the low 40's.
If OP wants to buy this 2013 in question, he should aim for Manheim price + reasonable profit margin, which he'll see will also be in the very low 40s to maybe the high 30s.
