Most of my driving is within the city. So i guess it wont be a big factor if it is not MC seats.
This car is 120 miles away from my house and wondering if i need to get a PPI from a local shop (any recommendations???)

The MC seats are pretty nice, but this one still has the Sport Seats which are a definite improvement above the base/standard seats.
I personally wouldn't worry about a PPI on a 2013 still under factory warranty. You could always get it home and have a PPI done a different time, and if anything is wrong bring it to the dealer. If you have specific items for the dealer to look at (something you noticed, or something uncovered during the PPI) an appt. is easy to schedule - I doubt they'll look at it if you just say you want it inspected. If that makes sense...?
