only way to know whether CPO will be valid will be to call the VIN in to BMWNA (not a BMW dealer).
The CPO rules are very clear in which CPO stamps post Jan 1 2014 would no longer be valid if the car is sold by a non-BMW dealer. But hey, doesn't hurt to check one more time with BMWNA.
