The CPO will carry over however based on my conversation with BMW the other day they said it would be limited.
BTW if you haven't sit in the multi-contoured seats on an X5 is highly recommend doing so. I find that they are far more comfortable than the traditional sport seats. Like the color combo and seems to be decently optioned.
