I heard that as well, well the last part anyway.

I hope that is true. AMG used to mean something back in the day (although it still wasnt a ground up car like the M) but it had some exclusivity to it. Now you can buy anything with an AMG label on it, even things that arent AMG.

I like that the M is still more true to its orgins, ok so its not like the E30 M anymore but its still based in a philosphy unlike AMG is now.
