Im now experiencing this for the 2nd time w/ my 09. 1st was last Feb after I got it. It doesnt like cold weather. it was -20 the other night and that pretty much killed it. Doesnt matter that it is driven for 20-30 minute drives, comfort access, clock, and vents dont work. I am extremely pissed at why my $100k suv cant handle cold and BMW's solution is "Drive it longer." My neighbor's $40k Kia has no prob, our MDX never had the issue, but now a more expensive, better built car goes into conservation mode when it gets cold
